Take charge of the day-to-day running of Eclipse Lounge and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming and well-managed experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across billiards, PS5 gaming, VR and café areas.
• Lead, schedule and support front-of-house and café team members.
• Manage opening and closing checklists, shift handovers and daily reports.
• Monitor bookings, walk-ins, session timings, payments and cash/POS reconciliation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Check equipment readiness, cleanliness, safety and facility upkeep.
• Track sales, operational issues and customer feedback; recommend improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in supervising a café, restaurant, gaming, recreation or hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, bookings, cash handling and basic reporting.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Be the friendly face of Eclipse Lounge, helping guests move seamlessly from arrival and booking to gaming, dining and checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain available experiences and recommend suitable packages.
• Handle enquiries, reservations, walk-ins, registrations and session allocations.
• Operate POS and booking systems; process payments and issue accurate bills.
• Coordinate billiards tables, PS5 stations and VR sessions, including time tracking.
• Prepare gaming zones and check controllers, consoles, headsets and accessories.
• Coordinate with café and floor teams to ensure timely, consistent service.
• Maintain cleanliness, report faults and support daily opening/closing routines.

Help deliver the food experience at Eclipse Lounge by preparing consistent, tasty menu items and keeping the kitchen organised during busy gaming and café hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items such as snacks, starters, wings, burgers and café dishes as trained.
• Complete ingredient preparation, portioning and mise en place before service.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines and order timings.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, handwashing, cleaning and safe food-handling practices.
• Store, label and rotate ingredients correctly; monitor stock and report shortages.
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and storage areas clean and organised.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure accurate and timely orders.

What we’re looking for

• Practical kitchen or café experience is an advantage; training can be provided for suitable candidates.
• Knowledge of basic food safety, cleanliness and kitchen discipline.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team during peak hours.
• Flexible for rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
